Return Terms
- Returns are accepted within 30 days from the delivery date.
- The product must be returned in the same condition as it was received, meaning undamaged, unused, and with all original tags intact.
Return Shipping Costs
- The return shipping cost is the customer's responsibility, but we can offer you a prepaid return label at a cost of 7 euros.
- The return label will be provided by our customer service and must be used to send the product back.
- If you use the return label provided by us, a cost of 7 euros will be deducted from the refund.
Refund
- The refund will be processed within 3-5 business days from the receipt of the returned product.
- Cash on delivery costs (7 euros) will never be refunded, even in case of return.
- Any shipping fees (e.g., €5.90 for Standard shipping or €9.90 for Express shipping or shipping costs for Europe) will not be refunded in case of return.
Refund Methods
- For customers who paid with Cash on Delivery or Bank Transfer, we ask you to provide your IBAN when opening the return, so we can proceed with the refund via bank transfer.
- Alternatively, you can receive a voucher of equal value to spend on our website, with no expiration date.
- If you used other instant payment methods such as Debit/Credit Cards, Paypal, Scalapay, Klarna, we will reverse the transaction using the same payment method.
Product Exchange
- If you wish to exchange the product for another, the exchange fee is 10 euros. Any price differences between the returned product and the new product must be settled. If the new product costs more, the balance can be paid upon delivery.
- Exchange fees do not include any additional costs for the new product, which must be paid before shipping.
Right of Withdrawal
Pursuant to art. 52 and following of Legislative Decree 206/2005, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 30 days from the date of receipt of the goods, without needing to provide any reason.
How to exercise the right of withdrawal:
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must communicate their decision to withdraw from the contract through an explicit statement (for example, a letter sent by mail, fax, or email). You can use the attached standard withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

Effects of withdrawal:
In case of withdrawal, the consumer must return the goods without undue delay and in any case within 30 days from the date they communicated the withdrawal. The costs for returning the goods are borne by the consumer, unless otherwise indicated.
The refund of the amount paid will be made within 5 days from the date the seller receives the withdrawal communication, but the refund may be suspended until the returned goods have been received or until the consumer has provided proof of shipment.
Exclusions from the right of withdrawal:
The right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases:
- The supply of sealed goods that cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons if opened after delivery.
- The supply of custom-made or personalized goods.
- The supply of sealed audio or video recordings, or sealed software, that have been opened after delivery.
⚠️ Returns of Electronic and IT Products
For consumer protection and proper product management:

It is not possible to make a return or exchange for products in the electronics and IT category once they have been opened or used,
unless the product is defective or not compliant with what is stated on our website.
